CHA / Customs broker

Licensed customs house agents and brokers who clear our export and import shipments quickly and correctly.

IndiaMultiple positions

CHA / Customs broker

Cochin, Tuticorin & Chennai. Clear our export and import shipments at Cochin, Tuticorin and Chennai.

What you’ll do and what we look for
  • File shipping bills and bills of entry on ICEGATE
  • Handle classification, duty and exemptions
  • Coordinate APEDA, FSSAI, phytosanitary and fumigation papers
  • Liaise with customs, CFS and port authorities

We look for

  • Valid CHA / customs broker licence (CBLR), or working under one
  • 3+ years with agri, food or industrial cargo
  • Clear, fast communication in English

CHA / Customs broker

Jebel Ali, Dammam, Sohar & more. Clear our inbound containers at GCC ports for buyers across the Gulf.

What you’ll do and what we look for
  • File import declarations and duty payments
  • Handle food-safety registrations and municipality approvals
  • Coordinate inspections and release with the port
  • Keep buyers updated until the container is out

We look for

  • Licensed customs broker in a GCC country
  • Experience with food and agri imports
  • Arabic is a plus

Hamburg & Bremerhaven. Clear our imports into the EU at Hamburg and Bremerhaven.

What you’ll do and what we look for
  • File customs declarations in ATLAS
  • Handle EORI, duty and import VAT
  • Manage EU food and feed controls (TRACES, CHED)
  • Coordinate with inspection authorities and terminals

We look for

  • Customs broker or Zollagent with ATLAS experience
  • Food and agri import experience
  • German and English

Kerala & Tamil Nadu. Move goods from our Kollam unit and partner suppliers to Cochin and Tuticorin ports.

What you’ll do and what we look for
  • Trucking from factory and supplier sites to port
  • Container stuffing and CFS handling
  • Reefer coordination for fresh and chilled cargo
  • Proof of delivery and tracking updates

We look for

  • Own or contracted fleet in Kerala and Tamil Nadu
  • Reefer capability
  • Good safety record

Logistics partner

UAE, Saudi Arabia & Oman. Receive, store and deliver our containers across the GCC.

What you’ll do and what we look for
  • Port pick-up and drayage
  • Dry and cold warehousing
  • Delivery to retail chains and distributors
  • Inventory and delivery reporting

We look for

  • Licensed operator with warehousing in the UAE or Saudi Arabia
  • Cold-chain capability
  • Retail delivery experience

Hamburg & across the EU. Handle arrivals in Hamburg and Bremerhaven and deliver across Germany and the EU.

What you’ll do and what we look for
  • Drayage from port to warehouse
  • Food-grade warehousing
  • Palletised distribution across Germany and the EU
  • Delivery booking and reporting

We look for

  • Freight forwarder or 3PL with an EU network
  • Food-grade storage
  • IFS or HACCP certification is a plus
