Sarath comes from an engineering background and has spent years in trading, leading import and export across Africa, Europe, Asia, the UAE and North America. Before co-founding Savera, he headed EXIM operations for some of the top players in cashews, nuts, almonds and other commodities, managing a workforce of around 2,000 people. At Savera he runs packing, logistics and shipment execution from Kerala, taking every order from our manufacturing unit in Kollam to the ports of Vizhinjam, Kochi and Tuticorin, and makes sure each container leaves graded, documented and on time.

Runs sourcing from growers, processors and manufacturers across our network, and signs off every grade.

Venkat has an engineering, technical and business background, with international education and professional experience gained while studying and working in Germany. He completed his MBA at Internationale Hochschule Bad Honnef (IUBH) and went on to work at Bosch, then held operations roles in other corporates and led and managed several business ventures before joining Savera. At Savera he runs sourcing from growers, processors and manufacturers across our network of 50+ procurement sites and signs off every grade, while also leading the business and AI side of the company.

Leads buyer relationships, markets and commercial terms.

Ramjit has an engineering, technical and business background, with international education and professional experience across Canada, the UK and Germany. He studied at the University of British Columbia in Canada and the University of Leeds in the UK, and worked at Arcadis and at unicorn start-ups such as Flink in Germany, where he built and managed a team of 300+ from zero. He has also held operations roles in other corporates. At Savera he leads buyer relationships, markets and commercial terms, and looks after the company’s AI, technical and business operations.
